You can’t argue with the fact that Weber gas grills are among the most popular grills in the world. They are well known for their durability and quality. The Weber Summit S-670 propane gas grill is considered top-of-the-line in the Summit series. This stainless steel gas grill with a tuck-away rotisserie does not come cheap but it’s worth every penny spent.

This Weber 6-burner grill is designed to be fuel-efficient. It can deliver enough heat to reach high searing temperatures. The Weber Summit S-670 comes with all the bells and whistles so you can grill like a pro.

Product Highlights

Easy to Assemble
This Weber 2780301 summit grill is heavy and will need 2 to 3 people to move it to where you plan to set it up. However, it’s very easy to assemble. In fact, the grill is basically pre-assembled. All you have to do is attach the two side wings.

Excellent Heating System
With 6 burners for the grill, you can deliver the precise amount of heat needed to cook your food to perfection. Each burner on Weber Summit S-670 grill can be ignited and controlled individually, allowing you to light only the ones you need. A flush-mounted side-burner allows you to prepare sauces and side dishes.

Loaded with Features
For those who love seared steaks and meats, the Weber Summit S-670 has a dedicated sear burner that will seal in the meat juices. This Weber propane gas grill also comes with a smoker box to add a smoky flavor while grilling. The rotisserie system is tucked out of the way until you are ready to use it. Simply flip up the motor of the rear-mounted infrared rotisserie burner and start cooking a chicken or two.

Control knobs are lighted and there are two grill-out lights to help you see what you’re doing even when grilling in a dark corner. The six primary burners in the grill and the side burner have big control knobs. Controls for the searing station and smoker are smaller and have a different color.

Flavorizer Bars
With Weber’s special Flavorizer bars, your grilled foods are just as delicious as charcoal-broiled foods. When fats and juices hit the angled bars, they are quickly vaporized and sizzle away. This adds a delicious, smoky flavor to your food.

Flavorizer bars are designed to eliminate grease-fueled flare-ups that usually happen when using lava rocks or ceramic briquettes.

Easy and Convenient to Use
Now you can grill like a professional cook with the Weber Summit S-670 propane grill. With its stainless steel construction, cleanup is easy to do. The grill heats up quickly and the large cooking area allows you to handle any cooking task easily. The heat is uniform and even with no hot or cold areas. Meat, chicken, fish and vegetables come out juicy and flavorful.

This propane gas grill also comes with two stainless steel work areas. The enclosed cart provides plenty of storage space for your grilling tools, seasonings, accessories, etc. Heavy duty lockable casters make the grill easy to move around.

Quality Construction
Weber Summit S-670 is sturdily built of quality materials including stainless steel, cast aluminum and steel frame. The solid construction and excellent craftsmanship makes this Weber gas grill one of the best for the price.

Two years and going strong
Bought my S-670 in December of 2016 and its in great condition. Use it on average or 2-3 times a week. The Grill Cover is still in great shape also. Smoked 30 pounds of Boston Butt last weekend. I purchased a replacement grill grate so it could get some distance from the burners and get a drip pan under the meat. I use this same set up when I do large amounts of chicken. The elevations grilling system is still my favorite accessory. I use it often for chicken and rib night. Looking forward to doing a rotisserie turkey for Thanksgiving.Philpot
Summit E-670 rocks!
I've been a Weber gas grill owner since 1975. Since that time I've bought and heavily used four Genesis models until I treated myself and purchased a Summit E-670 two years ago. This grill does everything and more than I could have expected. Wheather I'm feeding two or twenty, it stands up to the test. I'm as old as Weber (1952), so I know quality when I see it.FirearmsDepot
reliable great grill - 9 years and going !!
I have owned this grill for 9 years, use it 2-3 days per week, slow cooked pork tenderloin, rotisserie chicken, and burgers. After 9 years of use the burners needed replacing, corrosion holes through the bottom housing. Customer service sent me the new pieces. No charge for parts or shipping! They honor their warranty. I replaced a few additional parts not covered. Well worth it. I am looking forward to another 10 years of use!Steves77
New Summit 670
Only had it a week. Still learning the heat patterns. Very satisfied with the product. I had a 20 year old Silver series and I find myself missing the two shelf's the you could pull up and engage for extra work space. Trying to figure out if I can retro fit a pull out shelf on each side. Other than that really happy with the purchase so far.Steve S. - Clovis Ca
Awesome grill.
I got this for Father's day as a gift. The grill itself is awesome. Very sturdy easy to clean and has lots of cooking space. Only issues that I have is the same as a few others knob lights don't turn on.. were intermediate when I got 1st got it now they just don't work. Propane scale works when it wants to also.. new battery's didn't help.. still worth every penny.. hopefully it lasts another 10 years!J421
Good size and great for rotisserie.
I bought mine 5,65 years ago and it has been working good!
The only warning I want to give is that it should be stored inside in a dry area when not in use and properly maintained.. Not all parts are Stainless and the paint on the side of the top cover does fall off, I have used a cover most of the time but some part has corroded badly anyhow. The handles on the doors have the same issue.Benna
Caution not all parts are stainless steel
I bought this grill about 5 years ago. It is wonderful to cook on and use. It's looks however have not stood the test of time. A lot of the parts apparently aren't stainless steel as they are rusting. I would still recommend, but I'm going to have to dump some money in it to make it look good again.Brisket75
Great Grill for about 3 years.
I loved this grill for about the first three years I owned it. Then it stated dying. All the lighting went out, as did the propane level device. Anything powered by the battery module stopped functioning with no clear path to repair it. Shortly after that the infrared burner essentially became a solid block of inoperable corrosion with no way of repairing it. At year four the lower section started rusting. Rusting bad. In fact, "rotting" may be a better word. After seven years, the bottom panel of the thing is about 80% gone. The front handles and accessory hangars that look like they might have been chromed are bubbling off and flaking. The hinges that hold the doors on rusted off a year ago, so I can't grill on windy days. I kept the grill covered, but it just went down hill from corrosion.Rust Hater
My second weber is a disappointment
I bought this a little over a year ago to replace a smaller unit that was showing it's age. Two big issues the frame has shifted and one door hands lower than the other by a substantial amount and as a result will not stay closed. It's not an adjustment issue that side of the frame has just dropped.

The other issue is functional due to the way the lid only half clears the cooking surface, the lid traps heat and smoke and directs the heat and smoke right back in your face. It's a huge drawback.Texasgrill
Great grill but quality lacking on chassis!
I have had my grill for a few years now and the grill still works like it should! But unfortunately the quality is not built into the stand as the wheels failed, the chassis has rusted badly and the doors have rusted off.John Pkg
