Great, and no fuel taste on the food
We were more than willing to try this out from Royal Oak. They have a great reputation with us, and we have them used them ourselves for over 40 years!

This lighter fluid was a little different, so make sure you follow the directions. Arrange the briquettes, apply the fuel evenly and light it. Let it burn a bit, 10 to 15 minutes, and then spread the coals out. Don't get impatient; let it sit for 5 minutes. Then you're good to cook/BBQ. I didn't notice it stinking while burning so much either. I admit I was a little worried it would take a lot to start it, but it didn't.

The steaks cooked great, and best of all they taste great. You could not taste the fuel on the steaks, and that's a win in my book. We are very picky what we use for lighter fluid, we have ruined a steak or too trying to save a little money when we were younger and it always cost us.

I would recommend this to others with the follow the directions. Great product, Thank you Royal Oak.TWolfie
Perfect for my grilling
I grill several days a week, just cant get enough of that charcoal flavor on my food. Normally I purchase easy to light charcoal that doesn't require any fluids, but when my store is out I have to buy regular charcoal and lighter fluid, therefore getting this one was just perfectly on time. The bottle is standard 32 oz. Doesn't take much to get charcoal started. I also use this ligter fluid on my wood in my firepit to get it burning fast. Overall it's a great product, wouldn't doubt the quality of Royal Oak in any way. Last a long time.CKP
Royal oak
Royal oak all natural clean fuel. It's for the grill. Well it's not quite grill season yet. We like to grill out all year long if it's warm enough. Last week was 60 something we were grilling. This is a non-petroleum charcoal lighter fluid. The bottle says that it was produced from all natural oil feedstocks. I don't know what it that means, I don't want to assume what that means even though I have my own ideas. one key point is it says taste the food not the lighter fuel. I agree this is true I did not taste any fluid or smoke the tasted like fluid when eating what was cooked on the grill. It says it's easy to use and I would agree with that statement. Well most of us have grilled it gives easy to follow instructions for how to set up the grill how to lay out two briskets and how to use the lighter fluid.I also like that the warning is in two languages English and Spanish. It's an easy-to-use product works as expected, has good instructions, and clear warnings on how to use it.Dottie119
