Couldn't ask for more!
It took a while to save the funds required to purchase this grill but I am so glad that I did. While assembling the grill (which was very straightforward) I couldn't help but notice the quality and attention to detail that went into its manufacturing. It fired up on the first push of the ignition and I've been in grilling bliss since. It heats up effortlessly and cooks so evenly that I feel you have to work hard to mess something up. As a professional chef I push cooking equipment as hard as I can and this grill keeps asking for more. If you're on the fence about purchasing this grill, do it! You'll have zero regrets!green_wood
High quality
I bought this grill about 6 months ago. This is my first Weber. By first look, I love the copper color. But when u start actually using it, you understand why a Weber is the grill to buy. I've cooked things on this grill that I wouldn't even try to cook on my cheaper grills. It produces a very even heat over all 4 burners, and you can control the temperature really well. I assume I'm going to have to buy another grill in my lifetime, but not anytime soon. a d when I do, it will be another Weber.
As you see in the picture, I went with the 4 burner instead of the 3 burner because I was worried about running out of room. There was just enough room left over if I had an unexpected guest.Dave Mac
Very versatile!
I've beautifully seared things like porterhouse steaks and ribeyes, and I've slow cooked things like baby back ribs and Boston butt. I've even cooked a meatloaf right on the grates! The thing that really sets this grill apart from the cheaper “brand x” is the ability to easily control the temperature. On my old grill, you would have to raise or lower the heat every few minutes because you would either be burning the food or not even searing it. I bought the iGrill 3 that is compatible with this grill and I can literally set it and forget it and I know I won't burn my food. The iGrill gives me an alert when my food is done and it's perfect every time.GrillGuy3030
Great grill
I bought E 410 a month ago. I was going to buy the E 310 but I decided go big or go home. Boy I'm happy with the extra room. It's built heave duty. No cold spots on the grill. And gets 500 f. Fast.Lake Erie Mike
Amazing grill!
I've had my Weber genesis e-310 for roughly a month now, I've used it over a dozen times and absolutely love it. Being my first Weber I did a ton of research on grills and landed on this one. The amazing quality of the grill is apparent as you're building it. by far the best grills on the Market in my opinion. Cooks evenly every time with no hot spots. I'd definitely recommend this grill and all Weber grills to friends and family. Next up is a Weber smoker!Epaint85
Best gas grill ever!
We bought this grill a month ago and put it to the test. After several family cookouts it came though every time. I can dial in the temp and use my pizza stone so I don't have to run the oven in the house. I use a smoker box I set over the first burner and smoked 3 racks of ribs with a rack I purchased online. Cooked them for eight hours and gas usage was minimal. Expensive yes but it's quality and dependability your buying.Eddio
An excellent purchase.
I bought this for my wife to use because l mainly BBQ on my Weber Kettle or Weber Smoke on my Smokey Mountain. The Gen Il is easy to operate and clean. Good temperature control. Gen ll has made it easy for her to produce an excellent product on the grill from chicken to lasagna.Jim63
Nice even burn
Bought this to replace my older one burner grill. This grill has a huge cooking surface but is still easy to maneuver around the patio. The heat distribution is awesome with no hot spots. I like the low profile propane holder with fuel estimator. My only concern is that the fuel gauge is off by quite a bit, but that is just an extra I really don't need, just wish it did a better job.Backwoods_chef
A disappointment
I want to start by saying I am a huge fan of Weber and their products. I have owned three kettles, a smokey mountain and a Spirit E-310 and loved them all. I bought a new Genesis E-410 to replace the Spirit and have been disappointed over all. The E-410 just doesn't seem to hold the temp or get as hot as the older grill. I believe it's because of the open design below the fire box which allows air flow or wind to effect the burners too much. While the build quality is still top notch the performance just isn't what it should be at this price point.PapaTango
Weber losing ground?
Bought this new 4 burner grill over the summer as we have the need for a larger cooking surface. This is our 3rd Weber grill over the last 22 years.

While I LOVE the larger cooking service, and after getting used to the new grill (every grill seems to have its own personality) I have to say I am overly disappointed in this grill.
Without doubt, cooking times are longer, grill doesn't sear the way the smaller ones we owned in the past and the everyday cooking (burgers, dogs, chicken) is relearning as cooking time is so drastically different. For the money you pay for a Weber, without doubt they LAST but the attention to the “inside” and cooking ability has seemed to take a definite step backwards. I can say for the FIRST TIME, I am somewhat disappointed in this model and purchaseJoey O
