Rusts very quickly
We bought this grill in August and used it about 3 times before putting it away for Fall/ Winter. It was stored with the charbroil cover and was stored inside a shed for fall/winter. In the Spring we took it out to find a lot of rust. Called the manufacturer to find that rust on the body (inside or outside) is not covered. They replaced the "burners" (the part the flame comes out of) but sadly that was it. For a grill costing almost $300, I expected a lot more!JenB
Not as pictured.
The sides and shelves are not stainless. Putting it together was difficult, and a couple of areas were poorly designed. Had to use duct tape to keep drip tray in place and the piece for the igniter is too short to screw in place through the round hole behind the door so rather than attach to the cabinet it hangs free. I was disappointed for the price but it does a beautiful job grilling steaks.Carla

Assembly Tips - Read Before Buying
Assembly Tips:
- DON’T attempt to assemble this grill if you’re not mechanically inclined. If you ARE mechanically minded, you’ll have no trouble.
- DON’T attempt to assemble this grill if you can’t follow pictorial instructions.
- The grill is very well packaged. Plan to spend quite a long time unpacking EVERYTHING first.
- Go step-by-step through the pictorial instructions. At each step, find the required parts and visualize how they need to go together.
- You’ll need a 7/16 or 11 mm open end wrench.
- You’ll need good grip strength and long Phillips and flat blade screwdrivers since you’ll be operating in tight places up against sheet metal, and in many cases you won’t be able to get your entire hand around the tool.
- The grill is very well manufactured, and all holes line-up where they should.
- The larger screws are machine screws that go into factory-installed female threaded inserts.
- The smaller screws are self-tapping, and you’ll need quite a bit of tool torque to get them started into the heavier gauge steel.
- There are a couple steps where a helper is needed to hold things in place while you fasten them.

I'm almost 70, and had no trouble assembling the grill, but it took a while...HappyWalmartWebCustomer
