Strongly recommend
Great little grill. Perfect size for two but has enough cooking space to serve ten or more. Compact-very spacesaving with the shelves down. Heats up quickly and performs as well as larger grills on the market.Daisy
Good grill on a tight budget
Very good small grill for the price . Easy assembly. Parts well laid out and easy to follow instruction . Just right for one or two people.metrocane
2 Burner Charbroil, Folding shelves, Cabinet base
It's a relatively small grill, but suits my needs. I'm not going to cook for a party of 12 people on it. This grill has smaller wheels than many other grills. You may need a paved area to move it around. Two of the four swivel wheels have a "lock" to keep your grill from rolling away but the locks are somewhat awkward to get to.
LP tank fits easily through the door and sits in the recess for it. This is MUCH better than some other grills where you are supposed to have the tank balance on a flimsy cross bar and slide a clip of some sort down over the top handle. The grates are heavy-duty cast iron. I appreciate the stainless lid and front panel. Temp gauge is easy to read. Burners, cross-over, valves, and igniter came pre-assembled within the lid-firebox. Instructions say placing that sub-assembly is a two person job. I was able to do it by myself. I'm not recommending that... just saying it's possible. I recommend following the instructions.
The instructions are pretty easy to follow, but there are not a lot of words to help interpret the pictures.
Pleased with my purchase.rwm
well built
I purchased this grill last summer but was unable to assemble it because of a
serious accident. I have owned several charbroil grills in the last 25 yrs. But this
system they have now is poor. These heat tents are a joke. This is more or less a oven .If you want good
results in cooking a steak you need high heat with some controlled exposed flame.
This system does not have this. This system is no good. I hope Charbroil can come
up with a better plan than this.pheebdog
A nice compact grill
This grill is big enough to make food for 3-4 people. If you need more then you will probably need another round of cooking.
The cover and the front panel are made of stainless steel. But what's more important is that the liners located right above the burners to spread out the heat are also made of stainless steel, so they should hopefully last quite long.
The grates are coated with some kind of ceramics, so you should be wary to use nylon brushes only (not metal!) to scrape off the food leftovers. This coating is a bit of problem because it's not as smooth as the surface of cast iron grates, so the food easily sticks to the rough surface making it hard to clean it later.Konstantin68
